WISE-4210 Overview

Question

อุปกรณ์ WISE-4210 เป็นอุปกรณ์ I/O Module ที่สื่อสารผ่าน LPWAN การใช้งานประกอบด้วย ส่วนที่เป็น Access Point (WISE-4210-AP) ตั้งค่าผ่าน Web browser ส่งข้อมูลไปยังระบบอื่นๆทางพอร์ต Ethernet โดยรองรับ Protocol การสื่อสาร Modbus/TCP MQTT (หัวข้อ การรับส่งข้อมูลผ่าน MQTT บน WISE-4210-AP) RESTful API RESTful Web service (Push to server) มีพอร์ต RS-485 สำหรับ เป็น Modbus/RTU Client ส่วน End Device มีหลายรุ่น สามารถเลือกใช้ได้ทั้งแบบต่อ power supply หรือ แบตเตอรี่ แต่ละรุ่นแตกต่างกันที่การใช้งาน เช่น WISE-4210-S231 สำหรับอุณหภูมิและความชื้น WISE-S214 สำหรับ 4 analog input/ 4 digital input WISE-S250 สำหรับ 6 digital input/ 2 digital output/ 1 RS-485 (Modbus/RTU Client) WISE-S251-A สำหรับ 6 digital input/ 1 RS-485 (Modbus/RTU Client)   โดยที่ Access Point 1 ตัวจะต่อกับ End Node ได้ 64 ตัว และ และ Access Point นำค่าจาก End Node ส่งไปยังระบบอื่นๆด้วย Modbus/TCP, MQTT, RESTful API อีกครั้งหนึ่ง     ผู้ใช้สามารถเลือกใช้ได้ทั้ง Push mode และ Down-link mode โดยที่มีข้อแตกต่างกันคือ Push mode จะส่งข้อมูลจาก End node มายัง Access Point ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ อัตโนมัติ  (ดูการตั้งค่าที่หัวข้อ การเชื่อมต่อ WISE-4210-AP กับอุปกรณ์ End Device ด้วย Push Mode) Down-link mode จะต้องมีการเรียกขอข้อมูล (Polling) จาก Access Point ไปยัง End node ก่อนได้ข้อมูลกลับมา โดยจะเรียกขอข้อมูลตามความถี่ที่กำหนดไว้ โหมดนี้รองรับการสั่งงาน Digital Output ที่ End node และใช้พลังงานและการส่งข้อมูลมากกว่า อุปกรณ์ End node จึงต้องต่อไฟ power supply แทนการใช้แบตเตอรี่ (ดูการตั้งค่าที่หัวข้อ การเชื่อมต่อ WISE-4210-AP กับอุปกรณ์ End Device ด้วย Down-link Mode)   สำหรับข้อมูลโดยละเอียด อุปกรณ์มีข้อมูลจำเพาะดังนี้ การสื่อสารไร้สาย (Wireless Interface) IEEE Standard IEEE 15.4g Operating Frequency (สำหรับประเทศไทย) NA923: 923MHz (920.8~924.4), BW:400kHz Data Rate: WISE-4210-AP: 625 bps/ 2.5K bps / 5K bps / 50K bps WISE-4210 Node: 625 bps, 50K bps Outdoor Range 625 bps: 5 km (Line of sight) 50 kbps: 2 km (Line of sight) Antenna Gain 902~928 MHz: 1.48 dBi Transmit Power (CE): 14dBm±1dBm Receiver Sensitivity: 115 dBm @625bps (Long-Rang Mode) 100 dBm @50Kbps Topology: Star Network Capacity: Up to 64 end nodes   ข้อมูลทั่วไป Configuration Interface: Micro-B USB (สำหรับ End Node), Ethernet Port (สำหรับ Access Point) Mounting: DIN35 rail, wall, pole and stack Certification: CE(RED), NCC, FCC, IC Enclosure: PC Real-time clock (RTC) accuracy: ±2 s/day (สามารถ sync เวลากับ NTP server ได้) Operation temperature: -20~70°C (-4~140°F) Storage temperature: -40~85°C (-40~185°F) Operating humidity: 5~95% RH (non-condensing) Storage humidity: 0~95% RH (non-condensing) Power input voltage: 10 ~ 50 VDC Power consumption: WISE-4210-AP: 0.8 W @ 24 VDC WISE-4210 Nodes: 0.3 W @ 24 VDC Battery socket สำหรับ End Nodes เท่านั้น ตัว Access Point จะไม่มีให้ AA 3.6VDC battery x 3 (parallel connection) Battery life (2500mAh battery x3) @ 25°C: 625bps: 5 years (10 minutes update rate) 50kbps: 5 years (1 minute update rate)
